The vacuum emulsifying machine adopts a double-sided scraper-type mixing structure and is equipped with spiral blades. The mixing paddle can rotate in both directions. When it rotates in the opposite direction, it can concentrate the dispersed bubbles to the center position, thereby shortening the defoaming time.
Ordinary homogenizers only have a single-layer structure. Our homogenizer is composed of three layers of rotating blades and two layers of fixed blades. After being subjected to the shear effect of the DZJR homogenizer, the particles of the material can be distributed within a very narrow range, and its production efficiency is 5 to 10 times that of ordinary equipment.
