DRB-1 series single stage tubular high shear emulsifier is a high efficiency emulsifier for continuous production or recycling of fine materials. The motor drives the rotor to run at high speed, and the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed by the method of external mechanical force, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, so as to form a stable emulsion state. The front stage of the equipment can be configured with feeding pump, which has certain applicability to medium and high viscosity materials. The equipment has low noise, stable operation, no dead Angle, 100% of the material through the function of dispersion and shearing. It has the function of short distance and low lift conveying.
Characteristic
The structure is based on fluid calculation and optimization design. The homogenizer consists of three layers of rotating blades and two layers of fixed blades. The blade heads are irregularly distributed. Currently, a production comparison has been made with the IKA 2000 series shear machine. The customer has reported that our product performs better and has a production output that is 5-10 times higher. IKA has a lower suction force, a more complex structure, too many dead corners, and the shear chamber is prone to forming cavities, resulting in a phenomenon of no material input.
